What an incredible achievement! After taking on the challenging Chase The Sun bike ride, John crossed the finish line after an epic day in the saddle and showed amazing determination, resilience and spirit from start to finish🌅💪
This wasn’t just a bike ride – it was a test of endurance, commitment and mental strength and John smashed it! Everyone at Megan’s Rose Of Hope is incredibly proud of what you’ve accomplished.
Charity Walk July 2026
A Huge thank you to our Charity Walk Supporters
Our charity walk brought people together along Dunston Staiths and the River Tyne for a day filled with conversation, laughter and a wonderful sense of community. Afterwards, we gathered at the Lock and Quay pub to enjoy refreshments and spend more time together, and we thank their team for welcoming us. Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who walked, donated or supported the event. Your generosity and involvement made the day a success. Together, we’re making a difference.

Great North Run: Thank You to Our Runners and Supporters
The Great North Run was a memorable day of determination, achievement and community spirit. We were proud to welcome runners, friends and supporters to the Megan’s Rose of Hope tent with a warm North East welcome, sharing the occasion with familiar faces and meeting many new ones.
Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to every runner who took on the challenge and raised funds in support of our charity. Your dedication and generosity help us continue Megan’s legacy of hope, and we are incredibly proud of your achievements.
Thank you also to everyone who visited our tent, cheered on our runners and supported us throughout the day. You all helped make it an occasion to remember.
